The creative process was untypical as the script contained no dialogue, only implying what was to be said, and the actual words were improvised by the director and actors in workshops. The result is a naturalistic examination of young people experiencing closeness, suspicion and heartbreak during the collapse of a relationship.

‘Karen and Phil’s relationship reaches a crisis point when Phil cheats on Karen with the new girl at work and Karen falls pregnant with Phil’s child.
